NG+ (New Game Plus) is a nonprofit helping young adults move from “grind” jobs into fulfilling careers.

We turn real-life progress into something visible and motivating — using practical skills, mentorship, and a game-inspired mindset.

No grinding alone. This is co-op mode.

We envision a world where young adults don’t feel lost or stuck after finishing school — where the transition into adult life feels navigable, supported, and empowering.

NG+ is building toward a future where career growth feels clear and motivating, supported by mentorship, community, and tools that make progress visible and achievable. Growth shouldn’t feel like guesswork or a solo grind — it should feel intentional and shared.

Over time, NG+ will evolve into a global platform where young people everywhere can track real-life progress, earn XP through meaningful action, develop practical skills, and support one another through every stage of their journey.

Our vision is also that high-level NG+ participants become a trusted signal for hiring managers. Just as volunteer work, internships, or industry certifications demonstrate readiness and commitment, NG+ represents real-world growth — initiative, accountability, collaboration, and applied skills.

NG+ isn’t about grades or credentials alone. It’s about demonstrating that you can show up, level up, and work in co-op mode — the qualities employers actually value.

• Level Up: Earn XP for actions that actually move your life forward — learning skills, applying for jobs, practicing interviews.
• Skill Trees: Choose a path like operations, tech, or creative work and unlock the next steps with guidance.
• Boss Battles: Prep for and achieve milestones like interviews, certifications, first job offers, and promotions. Even getting your first apartment is a big deal. We're here to coach and to celebrate you!
• Loot Drops: Free resources to help you level up. Resume templates, Interview Prep, Skill-building tools and gear.
• Party System: Mentors and peer cohorts so you don’t do this alone. Support, accountability, and confidence.
